If you have spent a lot of money on the talent rolls, or even have other issues with the game, now is the time to take a shot a refund.
Those that have refunded, have sent emails to IGG complaining about the unfair odds that are supposed to be random; however, they are not, period.

They make up a small percentage of the total revenue compared to the real target, the $100k whale, and IGG knows more than a bit about how to run a successful gambling App, with 2 of them predating Castle Clash.
On the outside, and to more than 99% of players playing the game, it is an online multiplayer game and a wonderful f2p experience.
But, CC is no more than a slot machine app masquerading as an online multi-player game.
Bloody Brilliant using such a sophisticated scheme that seems more like a conspiracy theory than something you can download for free on your phone.
This model is not new. It's been around since the early 2000's in the form of Chinese browser games. The Chinese love to gamble, a single casino in china is 70% of the revenue for the largest casino conglomerate in the US.
But it's simple psychology using Skinner tactics on top of utilizing a players actions in game, to manipulate the odds to get maximum revenue.

IGG is guilty of this on 2 accounts.
1st by falsely advertising what the game is on the high end spending side.
2nd by repeatedly lying about the probability to roll particular talents and heroes.
Claiming all talents are "randomly" assigned when rolling is the real crime here, and IGG's main revenue source in the game.
Currently the odds of getting a specific talent with the 3500 rolls for the particular player I spoke with is .997 percent. It is possible that he is extremely unlucky; however, what about the other 12 or so that have had the same experience?
The real kicker that shows me without any doubt that this game is not random, are the lucky streaks I have had in game for dungeon shard drops. The statistics calculator showed that I had a 0% chance to have had a few runs of 10 straight in my time playing the game.
That is the gambling rush they want you to experience, and just as rolling that 5/5 revite or rare legend gets the endorphin flowing, so do the free to play aspects of the game that are attempting to get you into spending.
There is a reason the top 7 videos on my channel are all rolling related. People love to gamble and watch others reaction to winning it big.
We all know of the rush that comes with rolling a good hero, and it's easily seen in my top 7 videos. Simply using 6 of them with Thumbnails showing legendary heroes rolled was enough to give those the edge.
Oh, and the other video?...Ah, that's just what $3,000 in gems looks like.
